Join us for our new face-to-face Frazzled Cafe meetings at The British Legion in Wimborne (https://www.frazzledcafe.org) facilitated peer support meetings. Every meetings our meetings will be held at The Legion, West Borough, Wimborne BH21 1LT, with refreshments on hand too throughout the group.
Frazzled Cafe meetings are designed to provide confidential and non-judgmental peer support, where people who are feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of life can talk openly, connect and feel heard.

Please note that we do not provide therapy in our meetings and if you are currently experiencing severe mental ill health they may not be suitable for you. Information about available crisis services can be found here: Need Help Now
Also, please be aware that Wimborne meetings do not run on Bank Holidays.

Instructions
Once your booking is completed you will receive an email with everything you need to know in it. If you do not receive this, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder.
Please arrive from 5:15, where you can enjoy some refreshments before the session starts. These meetings are face-to-face with a prompt start, so please do familiarise yourself with directions, as late arrivals may not be permitted.
We have a waiting list for this meeting so if you are unable to attend we would be grateful if you could cancel your place so that someone else is able to join. You can find the cancellation process here or follow the instructions below.
You can cancel your booking by following these three quick steps:
· Locate your confirmation email (sent to the email address entered in the booker details section)
· Scroll down and look for and click the green 'View Booking' button (located just underneath your booking reference)
· In the new window that opens, find the correct booking for the date/time you wish to cancel
Please be aware that if you have booked more than one meeting in the same booking, you only need to do the next step for the individual booking you wish to cancel
· Click the grey 'ticket option' button, then click 'Cancel Ticket'
And that's it! Your ticket is now cancelled.
