Start building your strength and confidence on Aerial hoop; learning hangs, sits, beautiful shapes and transitions and most of all having fun! Our friendly and professional instructor Belle will guide you through the basics and give you a great start to your aerial hoop journey!
All of our hoops are height adjustable so you don't have to worry about getting yourself up high to take part, you only fly as high as you're comfortable and able!
To wear: leggings and tshirt are perfect, but any soft fitted layers covering Knees/ armpits/ sides that you are comfortable and can move in with no sharp attachments/fasteners are perfect!
Then all you'll need is some water for hydration and we have everything else you need!

Come to the right hand side of the building, in the side door and down the stairs to the studio! Parking in the car park only available after 5.30pm weekdays, as spaces are rented during the day. On street parking free after 6pm. At weekends the car park can be used for Saturday and Sunday classes, parking at your own risk.
