Join Tara to learn how to move and hold yourself in the silks; build strength, stamina, confidence and technique in the silks- learning right from the basics and building strong foundations. You will be taught to climb, to create locks around your body so you can safely fly in the silks and make some beautiful shapes! And into the bargain it's a great workout! Each class will include a full warm up, and cool down, and loads of fun in the middle! Participants must have completed a beginners course like this to attend any of our regular drop in Aerial silks classes.
To wear: fitted layers- with no exposed zips or fasteners, and no jewellery. The silks are fragile as an apparatus- if they are torn they need to be replaced in full so we can't risk anything which might cause damage!
To bring: just remember your water bottle for hydration- the rest is here for you already.

Come to the right hand side of the building, in the side door and down the stairs to the studio! Parking in the car park only available after 5.30pm weekdays, as spaces are rented during the day. On street parking free after 6pm. At weekends the car park can be used for Saturday and Sunday classes, parking at your own risk.
