WORKSHOP: EFT for a good night's sleep (online)

If you suffer from insomnia or sleep issues - can't fall asleep, can't stay asleep, wake up too early, disturbed sleep - this workshop teaches you how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for a better night's sleep.

We will explore

  • how stress can disrupt sleep
  • how to address it with EFT
  • noticing and getting specific with what is going on for you
  • how to tap before sleeping
  • how to tap if you wake up in the middle of the night

An experiential workshop.
