Summer Yin Yoga Series: Deep Stretch for Hips, Spine & Shoulders
Join me this summer for a 3-week Yin Yoga series focusing on three key areas of the body that often feel tight or tired: the hips and legs, the spine and side body, and the shoulders and chest. Through long-held, floor-based postures, we’ll gently target the connective tissues, support healthy mobility, and help both your body and mind feel more spacious.
20 July: Hips & Legs – Release tension in the glutes, hips, hamstrings, and inner thighs to support lower body mobility and ease.
27 July: Spine & Side Body – Create space in the back and waist to enhance posture, mobility, and breath.
3 August: Shoulders & Chest – Open the chest, shoulders, and upper back—perfect for those who spend a lot of time at a desk or driving.
You can attend all three sessions, or drop in to whichever works best for you. Book the full series for a discounted rate (saving £6).
In each class, we’ll move slowly, holding poses for 3-5 minutes to work with your body’s natural range of motion. This will help gently improve flexibility, circulation, and overall ease. Whether you're looking to complement your vinyasa practice, enhance sports performance, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, Deep Stretch Yin offers the perfect counterbalance to more dynamic movement.
To enrich your experience, NEOM organic essential oils will be diffused during practice, helping to deepen relaxation and presence.
Location: Crick Sports Centre. Plenty of free parking available on-site.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Modifications will be provided, so all levels are welcome.
Come as you are, and give your body the space it needs to rest, release, and reset.
Wearing plenty of warm layers is a good idea in a yin class. You will need to bring a yoga mat. 2 bricks/blocks and a big rectangular pillow or bolster are highly recommended for this class. Feel free to bring a blanket and eye pillow to get extra cosy!
