Move your body as you are meant to. Think Pilates/Yoga style. Each week we will work on mobility, strength and flexibility. Some easy moves, some a bit more challenging.
Space Required: Enough to lie down and get up. That's it.
Equipment: None. Just you.
Ensure you are fit and healthy to take part in this session.
