Learn techniques to use with your baby to support wellbeing and muscle development, soothe symptoms of constipation, trapped wind and colic, and aid sleep.
Meet other local parents in a relaxed, informal environment where you can take some time out of your busy schedule to bond with your baby/babies and be with like-minded people.
You will enjoy a hot drink and something yummy to eat at each session as this class is about you, just as much as is it is about the babies.
Courses are held over five weeks at Myland Parish Hall in Colchester.
Yoga mats and cushions will be provided.
Please bring a towel or blanket for baby to lie on.
There is baby changing and free parking on the road.
