Join Emma for a morning on the 9th June exploring elements of 'The Breath and Prana.'
We will explore breath and breathing through our yoga practice in terms of asana practice, restorative practice and our yoga nidra practice.
If you have props that you like to use for your practice please bring them along.
Our aim in restorative yoga and in yoga nidra is to be as comfortable as possible, so please do bring whatever you need to enable this.
You are also invited to bring along a cup or mug to enjoy a cup of tea as part of our time together.
