Join Emma and Adele for a beautiful 2 hour practice of movement, yoga nidra and a gong bath. To celebrate the turning of the year and the return of the light.
Please bring your own mat (let me know if you need to borrow one)
If you have props or other items you like to use for your practice please bring them along.
You may also wish to bring along a blanket and a cushion, although these are available at the studio.
