2.) D2MAD - book these places if you have been given a voucher at Slaithwaite food bank
3.) FEE PAYING - book these places for anyone in this age bracket who doesn't fit the criteria for free places
4.) SIBLING FEE - get a discount if you have 2 fee paying siblings coming together
