This session will be gentle and restorative allowing us to rebalance whilst receiving a beautiful sound massage.

This event is intended for adults, although young adults aged 14 and over may attend if accompanied by an adult.

Please bring your own mat/blankets/cushions and dress warm as you lying down for about 45 minutes.
Please arrive 10mins before start time to get yourself settled and comfortable.
