Join me for a deeply relaxing and nourishing evening as we breathe in to our hearts and wombs for connection, release and healing.
Allow yourself to be guided on a journey to meet your Womb Space, perhaps for the first time. To meet her with an open heart and hear her messages, to feel her love for you and acknowledge what is ready to be released.
We shall be guided through a heart womb meditation, receive womb wisdom and teachings, and partake in an open circle of sharing what we experienced.
Silence is also welcome, there is no pressure or expectation to share your experience.
Suitable for all Women, beginners to experienced womb workers.
Bring your journal and pen, your favourite blankets, bottle of water and anything you may like to add to our alter (which will be returned at the end).

Bring with you water, journal and pen, cushion and blanket, and if you feel called, an offering for the Altar whether its a flower, crystal, candle, image of a diety (please remember to take it home with you after)
Please wear socks or slippers because it’s a no shoe policy in the studio.
