Imagine yourself gently cradled in warm water as the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls etc…. pass through your body, melting away stress and soothing you into a deeply relaxed state whilst floating gently on a warm bed of water.
I am thrilled to announce that I will be offering this beautiful treatment within the comfort of a heated indoor swimming pool in Birtley. This event is the first of its kind within our area.
Setting the Scene
✨Participants will find themselves floating into a deeply relaxed state as they comfortably lay on sturdy twin inflatable mattresses they will enjoy the powerful healing vibrations of sound.
✨Due to water being a fantastic conductor of vibration participants will feel the sound waves pass right through their entire body.
✨During a Floating Sound Bath participants will enjoy 60 minutes of soothing relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE although a Lifeguard will be present at all times it is recommended that participants demonstrate an element of confidence in or around water.
Sound Healing is not recommended for people within their first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have UNMANAGED severe mental health issues, or if you have a seizure within the last three months
Cancellation policy. Sadly, no refund is offered for this event but you may gift your place to someone special.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event and wait in reception for me to collect you.
Anyone who is late and misses the introduction will sadly be unable to attend the session.
Although I do not foresee participants getting wet I do recommend they arrive at the event wearing regular swimwear with shorts/leggings and a T-shirt. Bring a spare change of clothing, a towel and a bottle of water. Inflatable mattresses and pillows will be provided.
Please do not wear jeans, belts with buckles or any other clothing which could cause damage to the air mattresses. If this is not followed I unfortunately would not allow you to participate in the floating sound bath and no refund would be offered. Thank you for understanding
