Comfort is key 🤍
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (if you have one), along with a pillow and a blanket to help you fully relax. I do have a couple of spare mats available if needed.
Remember to bring some water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in and get comfortable, as we will begin promptly. To avoid disrupting the experience for others, late entry may not be possible once the session has started (thank you so much for understanding)
