This course is for those who need more time to manage the transitions between exercises; to truly learn the essence of Pilates at a slower pace.
You will gain strength, mobility and most importantly understanding of what works for your body at this stage in your life.
Ideally suited to those who are returning to exercise after injury or illness, currently managing their illness or are blessed with years and the wisdom that comes with life experience.
Over 6 weeks you will benefit from:

This course is limited to 4 joiners who will be joining you on the journey to feeling calm and in control of your health and fitness.
Pilates is known for increasing strength, flexibility and endurance – without risking injury or building bulk. Sadly so many people don't take enough time for themselves to truly feel well. Let's get you ready for an active Autumn!
For the duration of the 6 week course you will have access to:
A weekly face to face class with three other movers on the same day/time each week.
A growing online library of 190 videos with stretches and workouts to keep you moving between classes.
Access to me and my guidance in a private Whats App group. Accountability and an instant group of cheerleaders to keep you moving between face to face sessions!
Payment must be made in advance of your course starting. As soon as payment is received your place will be secured.

Wear fitted easy to move in clothing such as leggings and a t-shirt.
You only need to bring a drink as I have sanitised mats and small equipment you can use in the studio.
