Class Overview

The kitchen is a great place to champion love. Join this class to “find or nurture love at first cook or bake”. Our date night class is great for all couples.

Engaged couples and newly weds who want to explore and build on team working in the kitchen or simply expand their culinary repertoire will enjoy this challenge.

You will both learn to cook a three course meal from our chef specials. With plenty of learning, cooking and of course food to take home to friends and family there’s no excuse; just get stuck in with expert help from our cooking team.

• Fifteen minute post class tutorial with a member of our cooking team to support ongoing learning

Skills Acquired

• Confidence using a variety of styles. In these classes we will cover knife skills , pastry and baking skills, stews and soup making and so on
• Ability to make taught recipes on their own
• Room to improve their own techniques and be creative
• Ability to prep and select good quality, easily accessible ingredients

Recipes we make...
Our cooking classes typically include our Chef’s favourite dish to show core techniques from a variety of fusion dishes from British, French, Italian, African, Asian and Indian.
