This is a face‑to‑face course covering Module 10A (First Aid Theory) and Module 10B (First Aid Practical).
The training includes:
A 2.5‑hour e‑learning module, which must be completed before attending
An interactive face‑to‑face session using quizzes, scenarios, and group discussion to apply your learning
The 10B practical assessment, completed during the session

Uniform is not required. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical first aid activities.
Participants must complete the online training before starting the face‑to‑face session, you will receive a link to the online material in your booking confirmation.
