Leadership Development Package: HAMWIC Head and Deputy Head Teachers Residential Workshops

Aimed at: senior leaders of schools within the Hamwic Education Trust - Executive Head Teachers, Head Teachers, Heads of School, Deputy Head Teachers and other Senior Leaders responsible for setting school priorities.

This two-day residential programme aims to provide school leaders with the dedicated time and support they need to refine the leadership skills and decision-making processes that enable them to set and implement essential school priorities. There will be a range of morning workshops focused on key leadership issues as well as opportunities to work alongside other school leaders, supported by our partner advisers in the HAMWIC Standards Team, to reflect on the prior year’s performance and set the agenda for the current year.

We will be asking Heads what they would like the focus of the workshops to be. Possible workshops could include: SEF writing, Pupil Premium Statements, Sports Funding Statements, Analysing School Performance Data, Attendance, School Development Planning (3 year planning).

Cost of accommodation and meals: £225 per person
