Yin for Spring will help to harmonise the wood element which is responsible for helping us to move forward with new beginnings and ideas.
We will be working with the spring chi, which when balanced helps us to meet lifes challenges (and the feelings that they bring up) with steadiness and clarity allowing us to move through life gracefully.
The workshop will begin with some deep breathwork before a short, gentle flow. we will then be focussing on holding longer poses which work with the liver and gallbladder energy channels in the body. Holding the poses will allow time for reflection and encourages an even flow of energy throughout the body.
Props will be provided for support. The workshop will end with an extended savasana and guided meditation leaving you with a spring in your step.
