Balance of the mind - spending time delving into a deeper understanding of how we can balance the daily stresses of modern day life with peace and happiness.
Balance of the breath - this part of the workshop will provide opportunity to use the breath in different ways to balance the nervous system and reset the body.
Balance within the body - here we will enjoy a vinyasa practice with many different standing balance and arm balances. This is suitable for all levels with many variations and modifications.
Lastly to finish, we will balance the conscious and the subconscious by having a guided meditation before simply letting everything go in an extended savasana.
