My 'Staying Tall in the Saddle' workshop has been designed to help riders who tip forward in the saddle, which is a common challenge riders deal with.
In this day workshop, we'll be looking at why we may tip forward in the saddle and what we can do to prevent it happening in the future.
We'll have various sessions during the day, with plenty of breaks to absorb all the information and chat about horses with the other attendees.
Hannah is a Franklin Method Equestrian trainer and will use Franklin Method, rider mindset and corrective exercise techniques to provide attendees with plenty of tools to help them in both their every day life and ridden work.
➡️ WHAT TO WEAR:
Please come in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and footwear. Due to the time of year, it is advisable to wear plenty of layers. We will be moving around, assessing and increasing mobility.
➡️ WHAT TO BRING:
You don’t need to bring anything special, apart from your lunch - cake and hot/cold drinks will be provided. 📝 Feel free to bring a notepad and pen, in case you’d like to make any notes.
Please come along with an open mind and a big smile.
🟠 If you have your own Franklin Balls then please feel free to bring them along. It might be worth marking them to ensure they don’t get mixed up with anybody else’s.
➡️ WHAT TO EXPECT:
The aim of this workshop is to provide lots of information and tools for riders, to help you stay sitting tall in the saddle and prevent tipping forwards. We will work through various exercises and techniques throughout the session. This will be an interactive session with seated, standing and laying exercises.
We will use Franklin Balls within the session and I will have a limited stock with me, available to purchase (payments via cash, card or Bank Transfer). I always keep a stock should you wish to purchase anything in the future.
