Join us for this unforgettable sound healing experience as you effortlessly float along the water ✨

What to Expect

Weightless Floating: You'll lie on a specially designed floating bed or mat that gently supports your body, allowing you to feel weightless and free.

Immersive Soundscapes: A curated selection of calming sounds, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and nature sounds, will envelop you, creating a deeply immersive experience.

Guided Meditation: A gentle, soothing voice will guide you through the meditation, helping you to quiet your mind, release tension, and connect with your inner self.

Vibrational Healing: The sound frequencies will work to balance and align your energy, promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, and fostering a sense of well-being.

Please note that you will be required to wear either swimwear or shorts and a T-shirt of lightweight material.

You do not have to enter into the water for this experience your feet may get a little wet but the rest of your body will remain dry.

We have our resident lifeguard Amber on hand throughout the whole experience to ensure your safety.

You will be given a robe on arrival and it is advisable to wear your swimwear under your clothing or your clothing you will be wearing for the duration of your float and symphony session. You will be able to place the robe over the top of your swimwear or clothing for warmth and comfort.

All blankets, pillows and eye masks will be supplied at the event, you will not be required to bring anything with you unless you wish to.

Please bring a refill hot or cold drink cup with you should you wish to take a beverage home with you. All herbal tea, fresh coolers and light snacks will be provided.

Please note this event is not suitable for those who are pregnant, please always check with your doctor if you have any health concerns.

All cancelations need to be made within 48hr of your session commencing for a transfer to be requested.

Any cancellations made later than 48 hrs the session will be charged.

Instructions

Tips for Your First Session

•Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled session to get settled and comfortable.

•Wear loose, comfortable clothing or swim wear

•Avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand.

•Be open-minded and allow yourself to fully surrender to the experience.

•Don't worry if your mind wanders – gently bring your focus back to the sounds and your breath.

•Bring a refill cup

•a spare change of clothes if not wearing swim wear just in case any water sprays on your clothing.

When arriving at the school, please head straight through the main gates, after going over the speed humps you will notice a large gazebo on your right hand side as the road opens up please park anywhere in and around the gazebo being conscious and courteous of other users.

Remain in your car until you see the door is open to the entrance or no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of your session.

It is important to arrive in plenty of time and wait in your car until you see the doors are opened, If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your session, please be advised that you will not be able to join us.

If you arrive and there was no one in the entrance please make your way through to the female or male changing rooms where you will find others in the communal area changing ready for your session doors will be closed and locked 10 minutes after the start time, this is to ensure that everyone gains the best experience possible.
