For those who haven’t been previously, the location is in Eskdale Green, a peaceful area of the Lake District. The place is famous for its red squirrels and gorgeous variety of birds which are literally on the other side of the window glass. There are walks from the doorstep, a village shop, and the Bower House Inn a short walk away.
The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, with views of the fells from every room.
Dogs: well-behaved dogs are welcome at no additional charge. It won’t be suitable to have dogs in the sessions.
Sessions: The itinerary is varied and may include energizing yoga flow, gentle yoga, yin yoga, yoga in nature, healing drumming, and a creativity session. There will be something for everyone and no yoga experience is needed to attend the event.
Free Time: To give you space to take in the beautiful area there will be free time in the afternoon for you to do your own thing. Forest How is located at the foothills of Muncaster Fell and a public footpath runs by. Great location if you fancy a run or hike, or maybe a stroll to the village.

If you are unable to attend the event it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place. If the event is cancelled by me, you will be offered to transfer to the next available one or receive a refund. In cases of residential events (retreats) deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and refunds for accommodation are subject to the individual provider’s terms and conditions. For peace of mind you may consider getting holiday insurance to cover the accommodation cost.
