This Springtime yoga & wellbeing workshop takes you through practices to help declutter mind and body of accumulated 'stuff', and aims to help you feel more at ease, and maybe with a spring in your step.
The workshop will include:
Yoga movements (absolute beginners will be fine with these)
Somatic practices (gives you freedom to move as you feel)
Meditation
Breathing practice
Free expression through creativity
Tea and biscuits are of course a must and will be included. : )
Please bring:
a yoga mat (or let me know if you need to borrow one)
a light blanket
a cushion
Bottled water for hydration
Wear something comfy like leggings or joggers, and a T.shirt or similar.
