You will be made very welcome on this wonderful well-being weekend in a stunningly, peaceful part of the Lakes.
The event will include an informative walk guided by Colin of Moors to Mountains - Guided Adventures and I will incorporate yoga and meditation at intervals during the walk. There will also be a stretch and relax yoga on Friday, pre-walk movements Saturday, and on Sunday a short yoga practice followed by reflections/journaling. No yoga experience is needed and no need to be bendy. The yoga I teach is not acrobatic in any sense. 😉
Dogs: I love dogs but unfortunately they are not allowed in the sessions. Forest How is dog friendly though.
Accessibility info: Some indoor yoga sessions will involve getting up and down on the floor. There is the option of being seated on a chair during some, but not all. sessions.
Please bring a blanket for meditation
