Workshop centering on the subtle energy system. Includes activities to bring awareness to your subtle energy, Chakra Yoga, Reiki Drum, and Earth healing meditation.
20-minute Taster Reiki sessions are an additional £10 and will be after the workshop.
If you have completed Reiki training you are welcome to join Friday's Reiki share. Exchange for the share is £4/free is you are booked on the workshop.
IMPORTANT: The event will take place in a yurt. Please be aware there is uneven ground and steps leading up to the yurt. May be unsuitable for those who are unsteady on their feet.
If you need to be seated during the event a chair can be provided.
Open to Reiki folks whatever level and those with an interest in Reiki and the subtle energy system, wellbeing or simply want to come and relax.
If you don't know me I'm Michelle, Usui Reiki practitioner and Master Teacher. I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation which means I follow a code of ethics set by the federation.
