This class is suitable for beginners and those who are more experienced and prefer a gentler style of yoga.
It's a new class and I envision it being slow-paced with basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and lovely Dru yoga sequences. There will also be simple meditation and relaxation techniques.
There will be some getting up and down from the floor but there will sometimes be an option to use a chair or modify in some other way. As it's a new class, I'll see how it unfolds based on the needs of students who attend.
Please wear something comfy and stretch such as leggings or joggers. No jeans, belts or buckles.
