A fun gentle, steady paced class, that is suitable for all levels, lots of options are provided, beginners welcome! A class explores a variety of postures, flowing from one to another with plenty of options provided. Expect to smile, laugh and have some care free festive fun!
Christmas attire optional! Community class, reduced rate and all profits will be donated to Porchlight, a homeless charity in Kent.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and equipment are provided and are cleaned before and after use. If you do have your own mat and other supporting equipment, please bring with you. Please also arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time, parking is available to the right of the hall.
Don't forget a drink!
