Creativity is a wonderful way to tap into deeper aspects of yourself, activate your self-healing ability and rediscover parts of you which may have previously been hidden. This two-hour workshop is designed to deepen your creative connection to your own spirit and release aspects of yourself which no longer resonate.

What it’s about

Use art and colour to connect with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of yourself, find your personal alignment and recognise outdated patterns.

We can go so much further as a group if we hold space for each other. During the workshop, you will have an opportunity to work within the group energy, complete exercises with other members of the group as well as on your own.

Please note: The group size is limited for dynamics of the group. You don’t have to be an artist or healer to benefit from this workshop. Art materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
