This is a 45 min Barre workout you can do at home.

Barre is a high intensity, low impact class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre delivers a full body workout, great for strengthening your core and toning your glutes and legs.

A Zoom call means we get to see everyone, say hi at the start and know that there’s strength in numbers. I’d love to see you all moving along with me however it is absolutely fine to turn your camera off once we get going. Everyone else will be muted once class starts but can turn mics back on to ask questions or have a wee chat over a water break.

Things to bring: yoga mat, pilates ball and be near a wall or chair for balance sections.

Instructions

Find a clear and adequate space in your home with suitable flooring on a yoga mat if you have one but if not just make sure you won't slip. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby.

This class is suitable for all ages and abilities but please make sure you work within your own limits and what is safe for you.

By joining in these online sessions you are doing so at your own risk. If you have any health concerns or are new to exercise please speak to your doctor before joining in.
