Menopause Workshop
Open to all women, of course, but primarily a workshop and support for women in the middle of or approaching this phase of life.
We get together to discuss physical and emotional changes and promote and show practical ways of alleviating the more challenging aspects of menopause.
Just some of the practical aspects of this workshop are:
• How diet can affect symptoms.
• Our bedding & sleep.
• Relaxation techniques
• Ayurveda principles
AND MUCH MORE!
This is a fun workshop where we will also celebrate our bodies that have enabled us to get to this new phase of our life!
