Step into a warm, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and be held within a supportive community.
This 2-hour experience is designed to gently guide you back to yourself through connection, movement, breath, and ritual.
Together, we will begin by sharing ceremonial-grade cacao in a heart-opening circle, setting intentions and connecting as a group. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle somatic movement to release tension from the body, followed by a breathwork journey to support your nervous system and deepen your awareness.
After breathwork, we’ll take time to ground and integrate with light, nourishing snacks, before opening a soft space for reflection and sharing within the circle.
Each participant will also receive a small crystal to take home, as a reminder of your intention and the energy created within the space.
This is an intimate experience with a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for a safe, personal, and connected space.
No experience is needed.
You will receive a waiver after booking to ensure you do not have a health contradiction for breath work. If you find you cannot practice breath work for health reasons your place will be fully refunded.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the class but with enough time set yourself up. Please bring an eye mask if you have one, otherwise the studio has everything required.
Please wear warm and loose fitting clothes, that you are able to move in.
You are also welcome to bring something small to place on the altar for the duration of the session.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before class start time and a credit or full refund will be given.
