We all find yoga for different reasons.
Whatever that reason is for you, whatever has lead you here, I would love to help you understand how it feels to find space and openness as well as strength and flexibility. Having fun through movement and smiling while you do it.
I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 6. Being a student for so long has taught me so many great things I now take into my teaching practice
Encouraging you to bring awareness and focus to your body, onto your mat and into your practice.
That maybe holding a balance for an extra breath, exploring a new or challenging pose, finding release & ease in restorative poses. Offering variations and modifications spoken in an easy to understand way, guiding with alignment and holding a safe space.
Allowing you to deepen your practice through both strength and release, showing up exactly as you are and leaving with a smile
