Join the team at the Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) Resilience Hub as we explore neurodiversity in the workplace.
Neurodiverse people experience a number of barriers and challenges within work. Research has shown that many neurodivergent colleagues are afraid to share their neurodiversity due to fear of discrimination and a lack of awareness or empathy for their experiences from others.

In this one-hour lunch and learn session, we’ll explore:

Who is this session for?
This is an introductory session around neurodiversity and is open to everyone.
It will be particularly helpful for people who are keen to understand how to support neurodivergent colleagues in the workplace – this could include allies and line managers.
