A course to support you as your young person transitions into adolescence.
Session one we will be covering topics of:

- Basic Needs
- Anxiety & Stress
We want to give you the skills and knowledge to help protect and rise your young person as they transition from primary to secondary education and through the next 6/7 years of adolescence into adulthood.

Session 1 will be held at Tanbridge House School. Please follow the blue line on the floor and make your way to the main hall.
