Leading and inspiring your volunteers is a key part of being a Volunteer Manager, but can sometimes feel like a challenging task. In our Autumn forum, we will be joined by Define Leadership, who will take us through different leadership styles, how you can lead your volunteers well, and how we can use these skills to inspire our volunteers in their roles.
