Leading and inspiring your volunteers is a key part of being a Volunteer Manager, but can sometimes feel like a challenging task. In our Autumn forum, we will be joined by Define Leadership, who will take us through different leadership styles, how you can lead your volunteers well, and how we can use these skills to inspire our volunteers in their roles.
Define Leadership are experienced in providing bespoke training on leadership, so don't miss the chance to hear from them at the next forum.

What is the Volunteer Managers’ Forum?
The Volunteer Managers Forum is open to anyone (paid or unpaid) who manages and coordinates volunteers. The forum takes place quarterly and provides an opportunity to discuss any challenges or issues you may have, as well as a chance to bring suggestions to the table.
We hope that the Volunteer Managers Forum is a practical, organised and useful way of sharing expertise and resources.
There will be a short break for a networking lunch during the forum. Please bring your own lunch with you.
