Ideal for anyone managing or developing volunteer programmes leave with clear next steps and the confidence to get started.

In this introductory session, you’ll explore what a volunteering strategy really means and why it’s essential for creating lasting impact. You’ll be guided through the key building blocks of a strong approach, with time to reflect on your current practice and identify practical first steps to begin developing your own strategy.

• You do not show up on the day of the training.
