Recharge & Refresh: Mindfulness Retreat for Volunteers!
Calling all volunteers in the Horsham District! Join us for a 2.5-hour Mindfulness Retreat Workshop designed to support your emotional wellbeing and enhance your volunteer experience.

What to Expect:
Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating atmosphere where you’ll explore:
• Practical mindfulness techniques and psychological strategies to reduce stress and enhance focus, led by a qualified psychologist and mindfulness coach.
• A guided meditation session to cultivate inner peace and clarity.
• Discussions on the benefits of mindfulness and psychological techniques for personal and community wellbeing.

Attendees will also be permitted free access to explore Warnham Nature Reserve following the training.

Cost: £10 deposit to secure booking, refunded on attendance. This training is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Lunch will be provided as part of this session.

On foot or by bike
Warnham Nature Reserve is approximately 30 minutes walk / 15 minute cycle from Horsham Town Centre.

By bus
The No 51 bus leaves from the Town Centre (Carfax) or the train station.
Alight at Redford Avenue / Saxon Crescent. Walk north on Redford Avenue, turning left to join the B2237 Warnham Road.
You will see the Reserve on your right. This is approximately a 10 minutes walk.

By car
Parking at Warnham Nature Reserve is free and includes room for coaches.

Deposit information
We will take a £10 deposit to secure your place on this training course. Your deposit will be refunded if:
• You attend the training course.
• You cancel your place with more than 48 hours notice.

We cannot refund your deposit if:
• You cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
• You do not show up on the day of the training.
