The Voluntary Sector Online Surgery is an opportunity for you to book a 1:1 slot to speak to a member of the team for advice and information around:

• Volunteer Recruitment / Management
• Funding
• Setting up a charity, community group or social enterprise
• Governance and policies
• Any other questions you might have

Volunteer Recruitment / Management
If you want to chat through your approach to recruiting new volunteers, or look for different ways of attracting new volunteers to your group or charity, we'd love to speak to you.
We can also chat through different ways that you can effectively manage your existing volunteers.

Funding Support
Our Grants & Funding Officer will chat to you about all things funding. If you'd like some help in finding grants to apply for, want to go through your application before you send it, or want to look at a funding strategy, please do get in touch. We'd love to help.

Charity and Group Support
We can help with:

• Setting up a new charity, community group or social enterprise.
• Any governance issues.
• Policies that your group has or needs.

Or if you'd simply like a chat to catch up, we can do that too.

Book a slot
Slots are generally available between 9.30am and 2.30pm, and will be up to an hour long each.

When you book your slot, you will have the option to choose which topic you would like to talk about, to make sure you are booked in with the most appropriate team member. We will then get in touch with you via email to arrange what time the slot will be.

We are only able to offer a limited number of spaces for each category, so if the one you want is oversubscribed, you will be placed on a waiting list. We will then get in touch with you to see if we can offer you a different day or time to meet.

This is for voluntary sector organisations working within the Horsham District, or those interested in setting up a new organisation.
