A calm, welcoming singing circle for mothers, women & babies

Heart & Harmony is a gentle weekly singing circle with a difference - a calm, supportive space where the focus is on you.
If you’ve found other baby groups noisy or overstimulating, this is the opposite.
Come and:
• Slow down and breathe
• Connect with other women & mothers
• Refill your cup
• Experience the calming power of singing together
Songs are taught through simple call-and-response singing, with no prior experience needed.
Feed your baby, rock them, let them nap or wriggle - there is no pressure here.
Spaces are limited to keep the group calm and connected.
Come exactly as you are.
This event is for women only.
• Please arrive 5 minutes early if you can so we can settle in calmly.
• If your baby cries, feeds, needs rocking or you need to step out, that is completely fine.
• There is no expectation for babies to sit still or be quiet.
• You do not need to be “good at singing” - everyone is welcome.
• If you are not a mother or you’re coming without a baby, you are equally welcome.
