A beautiful two-hour mini retreat created especially for little girls aged 5–7 and the special grown-up in their lives.
This magical afternoon is all about slowing down, connecting, laughing, creating and celebrating the beautiful bond you share. Mums, stepmums, grannies, aunties and other special grown-ups are all so welcome.
Together, you will enjoy:
💜 A gentle welcome circle and Golden Thread connection ritual
💜 A playful partner yoga adventure
💜 A beautiful wildflower air-dry clay heart keepsake
💜 Pressed flowers, thumbprints, hearts and touches of burnished gold
💜 Tasty snacks and special connection time
💜 Cuddles with our gorgeous guinea pigs
💜 A calming relaxation and magical guided story
💜 A heart-to-heart closing to finish your afternoon together
Each pair will create their own unique clay heart keepsake to take home — a little reminder that no matter where we go, love keeps us connected.
This retreat will be nurturing, playful and completely non-competitive. No previous yoga experience is needed. Everything will be gently guided and suitable for young children.
Your booking includes:
All yoga and relaxation activities, craft materials, your clay heart keepsake, snacks, drinks and animal cuddle time.
Only five pairs are available, allowing us to keep the retreat calm, personal and truly special.
Please book one space per mother-and-daughter pair.
