A Heart Space Mother & Daughter Retreat

Sunday 27th September | 2:00–5:00 pm

There comes a day when she no longer reaches for your hand quite so often. When bedtime stories become later bedtimes. When school bags replace teddy bears. When childhood quietly slips into growing up. It happens so gradually that we hardly notice.

Until one day, we wish we could slow it all down.

The Golden Thread was created for exactly that reason. An afternoon where time feels just a little softer. Where the outside world fades away. Where phones stay tucked in bags. Where candles flicker. Where laughter comes easily. Where memories are made, not because they were extravagant, but because they were shared.

Together.

At Heart Space Yoga, we believe there is an invisible golden thread woven between every mother and daughter. It is stitched into bedtime cuddles. School gate hugs. Kitchen dancing. Holiday adventures.Tears that needed wiping away.

The whispered "I love you" before sleep.

It stretches and grows as our children do. But it never breaks. Today is about celebrating that thread. Strengthening it. Honouring it. And creating another beautiful memory to weave into it forever.

Imagine arriving into a softly lit studio filled with the scent of lavender. Blankets waiting. Gentle music playing. A beautiful crystal chosen just for you. No rushing. No expectations. Just permission to breathe. To laugh. To move. To create. To simply enjoy being together.

Over the afternoon you'll share gentle partner yoga, create meaningful keepsakes for one another, enjoy delicious homemade treats, experience moments of heartfelt connection and finish with an exclusive Heart Space Yoga relaxation that will leave you both wrapped in calm and completely connected.

Every detail has been thoughtfully created so that when you leave, you won't simply take home a bracelet or an affirmation card.

You'll take home a feeling. One you'll remember every time you see the golden thread.
