A gentle 5-week pregnancy yoga journey to help you slow down, connect with your baby, and feel calm, supported, and confident as your body prepares for birth π
Pregnancy is a time of huge change β physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This Heart Space Pregnancy Yoga course is your invitation to pause, soften, and be supported through it all π€
Over 5 weeks, youβll be guided through gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga, calming breathwork, and deep relaxation to help you feel more at home in your body and more connected to your baby.
This isnβt about getting into shapes.
This is about how you feel.

Each Thursday evening, youβll be gently guided through:
β¨ Supportive movement to ease common pregnancy discomforts
β¨ Breathwork to help you stay calm and grounded (and support you in birth)
β¨ Deep relaxation to rest your body and nervous system
β¨ Space to slow down and simply be

β¨ Feel more comfortable in your changing body
β¨ Build trust in your body and its ability to give birth
β¨ Learn simple, effective breathing techniques for labour
β¨ Connect with your baby in a calm and meaningful way
β¨ Take a much-needed pause each week

Suitable from 2nd trimester onwards
No yoga experience needed

I provide everything youβll need for class including mats, bolsters, blankets, cushions, straps, and eye masks.
All you need to bring is:
β¨ Comfortable clothing
β¨ A drink for yourself

Β£55 for a 5-week block.
You are welcome to join us at any stage as our blocks are βrollingβ, meaning you can begin whenever spaces become available π
Spaces will be kept intentionally small to ensure a supportive and personal experience.
