Welcome to Heart Space Girls' Club, a magical weekly space where girls can slow down, build confidence, make lasting friendships and simply enjoy being children.

Created from the magic of our much-loved Heart Space Summer Camps, this after-school club is a place where imaginations are celebrated, kindness is encouraged, and every girl is welcomed exactly as she is.

Each week is different, but every session is carefully designed to nurture calm minds, happy hearts and growing confidence.

Every week includes:

💜 Yoga
🌿 Mindfulness & calming breathwork
🎨 Creative mindful activities
🐹 Guinea pig and dog cuddles
✨ Confidence-building games and friendship
😴 A beautiful guided relaxation to finish

Our sessions are gentle, welcoming and completely non-competitive. No previous yoga experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to join in the magic.

What do I need to bring?
I provide everything you will need at the class including mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, straps, eye masks etc. all you need to bring is comfortable clothing to wear and a drink for yourself.

How much?

£48 for a 6 week block

Spaces will be kept small to ensure a supportive, personal experience. Please note: Bookings are made as a 6-week block to help friendships flourish and allow each girl to get the most from her Heart Space journey.
