Embracing the Inner Goddess - Strength, Grace, and Self-Connection
The theme of “Embracing the Inner Goddess" will celebrate different aspects of feminine strength, grace, and inner wisdom through yoga, meditation, and movement.
This beautiful 2.5 hour Workshop on Sunday 16th February is a nurturing experience for women to connect deeply with themselves and each other. Through gentle yoga, mindful sharing, and group activities, we’ll explore what it means to find love, support, and encouragement within a community of like-minded women. Every moment is designed to be uplifting, heart-opening, and empowering.

Each participant will receive a custom essential oil blend inspired by qualities the qualities of strength, grace, and tranquility. This "Goddess Essense" blend of lavender, rose, and frankincense promotes feelings of calm, love, and spiritual awareness, and you can use this during meditative or reflective moments.
This workshop will provide a nurturing, empowering journey for participants to connect with their feminine energy, build community, and feel inspired to embrace their inner goddess both on and off the mat.
