A flowing vinyasa yoga practice linked to the breath, building strength, flexibility and followed with a deep relaxation.
Ideally 3 months yoga experience for total beginners I hold a slower class on Tuesday 6 pm at Corley Village Hall
Level: all
Please wear comfortable work-out clothes and bring the following:
A water bottle
A yoga mat.
A yoga towel. This is useful if you sweat or your mat is sweaty.
Optional items such as a blanket, yoga blocks, a strap or a bolster. These can help you with your poses and comfort.
