Move your body like a ritual prayer, in devotion to its beautiful divine energy.
This is a female focused fitness class designed to get you feeling strong, flexible, mobile and empowered.
We will be combining pilates, yoga and body weight exercises (and a little dancing of course) to embrace our inner goddess and get rid of any stuck energy.
This class is suitable for anyone who wants to support the endeavors of the womb space, so whether you are pregnant, post partum, entering the menopause or out the other side and of course teenagers who want to learn how to train for the feminine cycles of their unique body.
It will is low intensity but highly effective.
Instructions
Bring with you a mat, towel and water. If you wish you can bring with you any ankle weights or resistance bands but these are not necessary.
Pram bound/ none crawling babies are welcome.
And if you'd like a little herbal tea to finish feel free to bring a keep cup (or I do have disposables).

Kalifit - Course bundle
7 classes at a big discount of £55 (drop ins are £12 and class passes as (£50 for 5 classes and £95 for 10) However course bundles are non refundable so please consider which option works best for you and your availability. This is a one off discount as I know this time of year is tricky with attendance and financial commitments.
