This is a female focused fitness class designed to get you feeling strong, flexible, mobile and empowered.
We will be combining pilates, yoga and body weight exercises (and a little dancing of course) to embrace our inner goddess and get rid of any stuck energy.
This class is suitable for anyone who wants to support the endeavours of the womb space, so wether you are pregnant, post partum, entering the menopause or out the other side and of course teenagers who want to learn how to train for the feminine cycles of their unique body.
It will is low intensity but highly effective.
Bring with you a water bottle, mat and towel and any equipment you may wish to use (ankle weight bands etc) but know that these are not needed or necessary.
