Elevate your wellness in our regular social gatherings, aiming to bring a sense of peace and balance through conscious connection, mindful movement and unwinding in nature.
In this first event, we'll meet at The Meadow Room in Cobham, where we'll first do a short yoga practice led by Helen. Then we'll enjoy a rejuvenating but gentle walk to the Darnley Mausoleum through Cobham Wood.
Weather depending, we'll either have a delicious picnic lunch - specially prepared by Hayley at Plant Based Kitchens - at the Mausoleum, or we can head back to the Meadow Room if the weather isn't kind to us!

Please dress appropriately for the weather - who knows what it'll be doing that day! Bring layers and a raincoat!
Walking boots/shoes are recommended as the ground can be muddy and uneven, even though it is relatively flat.
We'll be doing a short yoga practice to begin, so bring a mat if you have one (I have a few spares). We can leave these in the hall when we go on our walk.
Otherwise, come as you are, in comfortable clothes for a relaxing afternoon of yoga, walking and food!
