Elevate your wellness in our regular social gatherings, aiming to bring a sense of peace and balance through conscious connection, mindful movement and unwinding in nature.
In our second adventure, we're heading to Eternal Lake Nature Reserve, Cliffe. In its beautiful surroundings, we'll breathe, move and relax together in a gentle yet uplifting yoga session led by Helen. This will be followed by one of Hayley's delicious and nutritious plant-based lunches.
We have some wonderful surprises in store for you this time, which will be revealed very soon...
Once the event has finished, you are very welcome to take a walk around the lake with us before heading home, if the weather holds out for us!

If we are able to practice yoga outside and you'd like to walk around the lake afterwards, please dress appropriately for the weather - who knows what it'll be doing that day! Bring layers and a raincoat!
Walking boots/shoes are recommended as the ground can be muddy and uneven, even though it is relatively flat.
Bring a mat if you have one (I have plenty of spares). We can leave these in the hall when we go on our walk.
Otherwise, come as you are, in comfortable clothes for a relaxing afternoon of yoga, excellent company and very good food!
